Step 1.
Click order form at the top, fill up the form.
Step 2.
After we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation
email within 24 hours. Please reply the confirmation email within 2
days.
Step 3.
Bank in or transfer the payment to our MAYBANK account within 2
days.If there is no reply from you, your order shall be released
without any further notice.
Step 4.
After you have banked it, please send us an email which includes the
transaction date, amount and which bank you bank it to.
** once payment is made, items will be sent out within 7
working days, based on availability of the items **

Terms and Conditions
Before placing any orders, please ensure that you have read
and understood the terms and conditions applied.
1. First come first serve basis.
2. Only serious buyers; no backouts or exchange after confirmation.
Backout buyers will be blacklisted.
3. Once confirmations are made, no backouts. If you do not want
to purchase the particular item, please do send us an email to
cancel the order.
4. Buying is at your own risk.
5. Items are 100% in new and great condition. La-tee-fa will not
responsible for any losses & damages
6. All items prices are fixed. Items sold are not refundable and
exchangeable.
7. Due to setting of the monitor, color might be slightly different
with the picture posted, therefore, we will state the actual color
of the item.
8. Shipping fee is not included. Please take note that there will be
a minimal charge of the shipping fee depending on the weight
of the items and location of postage.
9. We will be using PosLaju Malaysia. Postage to destination within
Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM6 for first 500g and RM3
for next 250g and to Sabah/Sarawak costs about RM9 for first
500g and RM4 for next 250g.
10. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in
during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If
not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and
you will have to collect it yourself there.
11. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email notify us.
If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you
have already received the goods.
12. Cash on delivery (COD) only applicable for those who purchase
3 items and more, and stay in Ampang only.
